Customer Success & Support Specialist

Warehance is looking for a Customer Success & Support Specialist who is detail-oriented, technically capable, curious, and great with people.

Warehance is a warehouse management system that helps businesses manage orders, inventory, shipping, and fulfillment, making e-commerce and retail distribution faster and more efficient.

This is a problem-solving role. You’ll work directly with customers to understand what they’re trying to accomplish, investigate issues, answer technical and operational questions, and communicate solutions clearly.

We care about the quality of the answer, not just how quickly a ticket gets closed.

What You’ll Do

• Solve technical, operational, and business problems for customers
• Investigate issues and identify the real root cause
• Explain technical information clearly and confidently
• Learn how our customers operate and help them use Warehance effectively
• Work with product and engineering when deeper investigation is needed
• Own customer problems through resolution

What We’re Looking For

You’re detail-oriented and analytical, but also social and comfortable working directly with customers. You enjoy figuring things out, asking good questions, and taking ownership of problems.

You also need to be willing and excited to learn. Warehousing, shipping, e-commerce, and software can get complex, and we don’t expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect you to continuously learn, ask questions, and get better.
