• Account information: name, email address, password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider), country, and optional marketing preferences you provide at signup.
• Profile and content: resumes, CVs, cover letters, job descriptions, settings, and other documents you create or upload in the Service.
• Authentication data: if you sign in with Google or other OAuth providers, we receive basic profile information permitted by that provider (such as name and email).
• Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, feature usage, timestamps, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
• Communications: messages you send to support and records of transactional emails (verification, password reset, magic links).
• Cookies and similar technologies: as described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data (such as government ID numbers, health information, or financial account details) unless you voluntarily include them in your documents.

• Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or by visiting www.aboutads.info.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our Service. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to track user interactions. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We retain account and document data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. • Delete your account: you can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from your Profile page. This removes your account, documents, settings, and profile information from our systems.

Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
