Job Description
Akicita Federal, LLC is a growing 8(a) small business serving federal agencies. We're looking for someone who has been the go-to contact for a federal client: the person the agency calls first, who knows the program, the people, and what's coming next.
What you'll do

- Spot upcoming requirements, recompetes, and expansion opportunities early
- Bring warm opportunities into our pipeline and help shape our responses
- Serve as the main point of contact on awarded contracts, keeping clients happy and performance strong
- Partner with our proposal and recruiting teams to win and staff new work
What you bring
- 5+ years as a program manager, account manager, contracts manager, or similar client-facing role on federal contracts
- Established, good-standing relationships with one or more federal agencies. Tell us which ones.
- Experience with 8(a) or small business contracting
- Mid-career and ready to build something bigger at a smaller, faster company
- Comfortable using AI tools to work efficiently
