Job Description
Packmatic is the leading digital platform for packaging procurement. We connect companies with a Europe-wide network of packaging suppliers â fast, transparent and data-driven.
With Packa, we have built a new all-in-one solution for intelligent packaging management: companies run their packaging 100% digitally, cut packaging costs and meet sustainability requirements such as PPWR or EUDR without the usual headache.
Together, we are changing how packaging is designed, sourced and managed â for more efficiency, more sustainability and more impact. Backed by strong investors and driven by an ambitious team, we are growing fast â and we are looking for people who want to shape that growth with us.

- Flexibility. 100% remote, combined with customer visits across Denmark and the Nordics.
- Leadership. An inspiring vision, experienced serial founders at the helm and leading investors behind us.
- Recognition and commitment. We believe in fair pay, and you get a clear path to grow and develop with us.
- You are our visionary. You build our business in Denmark â from first contact to signed contract. You work hand in hand with our SDRs, keep finding new ways to create pipeline and share what works with the team.

- You are our networker. You steer complex buying processes and manage stakeholders across departments with a sure touch.
- You are the driving force behind every deal. You work closely with the German team on demos, technical questions and proposals.
- You are our ambassador. You are the face of Packmatic in the Danish market and hold your own with buyers and senior management alike.
- You are our sales driver. You own an annual target of EUR 3â4 million in new packaging revenue. By growing your accounts strategically, you spot and convert up- and cross-selling potential â and make a visible contribution to our growth.
- You are a sales professional. You have at least 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or an industrial environment.
- You are our market expert. You know the Danish market inside out, you are based in or around Copenhagen, and you build lasting customer relationships â culturally on point and close to your customers.
