YOUR JOB

Do you want to rethink information security consulting with AI? Are you excited to automate repetitive work, move faster and spend more time solving real customer challenges? Join us to combine your InfoSec expertise with AI, challenge inefficient ways of working and help shape how AI is used in security consulting.

WE PROTECT THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE DATA

We are a fast-growing security and compliance tech company with a clear purpose: we protect the people behind the data. With over 200 team members worldwide and with offices in Munich, Berlin, London, Stockholm, and Vienna, we help more than 4,000 global customers get certified fast and build a strong and scalable risk posture. With AI-powered automation, self-serve capabilities, and additional tailored expert advice, we offer our customers a seamless security and compliance experience to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving security landscape and challenges like the surge in cyber-attacks.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• You own and develop customer relationships across the full lifecycle of our InfoSec-SaaS product, acting as a trusted advisor on information security.

• You advise customers on complex security challenges and build pragmatic, scalable ISMS solutions using our platform.

• You independently guide customers through audits and certifications such as ISO 27001 and TISAX®.

• You use AI to automate repetitive consulting work, accelerate analysis and preparation, and free up more time for high-value customer interaction and problem-solving.

• You experiment with new AI-powered ways of working and help shape how we use AI across InfoSec consulting, turning successful approaches into scalable best practices.

• You support Sales and Customer Success in identifying and developing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers.

• You bring customer and technical insights back into the organisation, helping us continuously improve our InfoSec product, tooling and consulting approach.

WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN

• The freedom, trust, and tools you need to do what you love and make an impact in a purpose-driven company.

• A competitive salary, flexible working hours tailored to your needs, and benefits catering to health, family, and sustainability.

• A secure and future-proof job with a professional working atmosphere and the dynamics of a maturing scale-up.

• The opportunity to develop into a mentoring role, empowering and supporting up-and-coming talent.

• The opportunity and budget to further develop your existing skills and build new ones, including in AI and information security.

• Lots of responsibility and the opportunity to actively shape and define the future of Security & Compliance, including how we use AI to work smarter and deliver more value to our customers.

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD

• You have 3+ years of professional experience in information security, IT security, GRC, compliance or a closely related field.

• You have hands-on experience with information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, TISAX® or NIST and can confidently apply this knowledge in a customer context.

• You are technically curious and genuinely excited about AI, automation and finding smarter ways to solve problems.

• You already use AI tools in your work or are hungry to experiment, learn quickly and help shape how AI can improve information security consulting.

• You enjoy working directly with customers, can challenge their thinking when needed and turn complex technical or regulatory requirements into clear, pragmatic solutions.

• You take ownership, work independently and look for ways to improve how things are done rather than simply following existing processes.

• You have excellent German and English communication skills.
