Senior Creative Producer (Fixed-term Employment)

Wolt is a Finnish technology company known for its local commerce platform. From food delivery to grocery stores and cosmetics, we make cities better places to live by connecting people with the things they need. Our Global Creative Production team is currently undergoing a massive transformation, shifting from a reactive service center to an "upstream AI-Enabled growth engine".

We are looking for a Senior Creative Producer to join us at this pivotal moment.

This is a 6-month fixed contract opportunity starting ASAP.

Location: Helsinki, Berlin, Athens, Stockholm, Copenhagen

What you’ll be doing

As the Senior Creative Producer, you will manage digital projects from brief to final delivery. You’ll thrive in cross-functional collaboration across different business departments such as B2B, Communication, New Verticals, and Wolt+ teams. You’ll own project timelines for successful deliveries, weekly standups, daily communication with stakeholders and creative teams, and the localization and QA process during the production of social and digital assets.

You will own the end-to-end production of digital advertising projects, ensuring our creative assets are not only on-brand but also built for massive scale across global markets. You will be responsible for the day-to-day organization of the team and daily communication from brief to delivery.

Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:

• End-to-End Delivery: Manage digital projects and multi-channel campaigns from concept to launch. Our deliverables touch social, in-app, DOOH, event collateral, and OOH.
• Resource & Budget Control: Oversee project costs, timelines, and team allocations without losing creative quality.
• Stakeholder Management: Align internal marketing teams, designers, and external agencies on project milestones and timelines. Daily and/or weekly status updates are crucial for the success of our projects.
• Time Management & Multitasking: Excellent time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines. Our producers are working on multiple projects simultaneously, and projects might touch different surfaces each time.

Our humble expectations

• Solid Production Experience: 8+ years in creative production or integrated campaign management, ideally within a high-growth tech environment or a progressive digital agency.
• Understanding of Media Plans: You have experience with specs and asset production across Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion layers.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage complex projects with multiple high-level stakeholders while maintaining high creative standards. Demonstrated success partnering with distributed teams across time zones and cultures
• Risk Management & Reporting: Ability to assess risks during production, find solutions, and share with management and stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Organizational skills: Methodical in following a predetermined system to complete tasks and meticulous in paying close attention to small details without losing sight of the big picture.
• Strong work ethic and accountability: A proactive attitude and rigor on everyday tasks, a positive mindset despite ongoing changes, and an excitement to learn. Resourceful during productions; deciding and acting on whether to bring external and/or internal resources and self-motivated to lead the project to completion. Someone who doesn’t shy away from a challenge and follows through on commitments made.
• Tech-Forward Mindset: You have a strong interest (and ideally experience) in AI-powered creative tools and generative workflows.
