You will own content at Bots & People. We focus on premium content that will make us an industry authority for AI Up-skilling. You will work for example on a scientific-grade AI adoption report, industry events that stand out, and collaborations with high-profile corporate influencers.
Bots & People builds learning experiences that help teams adopt automation and AI in a practical, hands-on way. We have trained 100,000+ employees across 30+ large enterprises, in 8 languages. We are a small, fast-moving core team with 50+ freelance trainers, and we are growing.
You will work closely with our founder Nico Bitzer and our Enterprise Growth Marketer Chisco Mosteiro (whom you report to). Chisco owns distribution, campaigns, and ABM. You own the content, the creatives and brand. You will have design support but also get your hands dirty with it.
Aufgaben
Create high-impact content across channels
- Write blog articles that rank and actually get read (SEO & GEO)
- Design event and keynote presentations
- Develop creative concepts for trade fair booths and other onsite experiences
- Produce concepts short-form videos for social and ads (concept, script, edit, captions)
- Build LinkedIn formats
- Create Linkedin ad creatives that perform
Flagship & premium content
- Own our flagship research, like an annual AI Adoption Report built to a scientific standard
- Concept and organize standout industry events
- Build collaborations with high-profile corporate influencers
- Create other premium, authority-building assets that make Bots & People the reference point for enterprise AI adoption
Build the content machine
- Build a scalable content operation
- Own the content calendar end to end, independently, prioritizing the assets that impact revenue.
- Design repeatable workflows, prompts, and templates so we produce high-quality content faster.
- Set the creative and brand and editorial standard for everything we publish
- Use AI but avoid AI slop please ;)
- Work closely with our delivery team and trainer pool to create and recycle content.
Creative direction & no more boring
- Bring original ideas, formats, and angles
- Turn dry enterprise topics (AI adoption, upskilling, change management) into no more boring content
- Own the brand voice across every channel
What success looks like
- Flagship pieces (reports, events, collaborations) that the industry shares.
- A content machine that consistently ships high-quality, on-brand assets at speed
- Your main KPIs are impressions and conversations into generated meetings.
Qualifikation
Must-haves
- German and English language skills
- Proactive and self-driven: you come with new ideas, execute them without being chased, and stand behind your work.
- Hands-on experience/knowledge with paid ads (LinkedIn and other platforms).
- Track record of premium, authority-building content: research reports, flagship events, or high-profile thought leadership
- Several years in content marketing (think 3-4+), across writing, visual, and video formats in a B2B marketing team (ABM, Multi-Channel campaigns)
- Genuinely excited to build with AI: you already use Claude or similar tools and want to push how far they go for content
- Comfortable working with senior external stakeholders and high-profile influencers, and holding your own with them
- Strong creative range and a portfolio of shipped work that proves you do the opposite of boring
- Hands-on maker: you produce content yourself (copy, presentations, video, social) and iterate fast
- Structured and reliable: you manage multiple formats and deadlines and keep people in the loop
Nice to have
- EdTech experience
- Background in a storytelling-heavy field such as journalism, copywriting, video or documentary production, or podcasting (you know how to find a story and tell it)
- Research or data-storytelling chops, or an academic/scientific background, for report-grade content
- Experience producing live events or conferences
- Experience with HubSpot and marketing/automation tools
- Experience building AI agents or automated content workflows
