Senior Product Manager (Giftcard)

About This Role:

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Gift Cards vertical - one of the fastest-growing parts of our alternative offers, spanning gift card purchase, redemption, provider partnerships, and cross-market growth across France, Germany, and Spain.

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You'll set the strategy for a business line generating triple-digit YoY growth in some markets, own the commercial relationships with our gift card providers, and work directly with our Fulfilment leadership on where the vertical goes next. You'll also work closely with - and may grow into ownership of - adjacent parts of our Alternative Offers and in-store rewards portfolio.

We want a strong senior product leader: someone who has built and scaled products at a leading tech company and/or a startup, who thinks and acts like an entrepreneur, and who can move a commercial product forward with minimal hand-holding.

Our Benefits:

At Atolls, we believe in nurturing both your professional and personal growth. Here's what you can expect:

• A culture that values personal and professional development, with internal mobility opportunities.
• A supportive and open-minded team that embraces diverse perspectives and innovative ideas.
• 32 days of paid vacation plus your birthday off, giving you the time you need to recharge.
• A flexible hybrid working scheme to balance work and life.
• Access to a learning budget and internal training to help you grow in your role.
• Mental health coaching to support your well-being.
• Regular global and local get-togethers to celebrate successes and build connections.
• The possibility of taking a sabbatical after three years with the company.
• A cloud-based company setup, providing flexibility and collaboration opportunities no matter where you are.

*These are global benefits that apply to all employees, with additional local perks based on your location.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Own the gift card product strategy and roadmap - from provider selection and inventory quality to the end-to-end purchase, redemption, and admin experience.
• Lead commercial and provider negotiations - framework agreements, commission structures, SLAs, and multi-entity contracting with gift card providers (e.g. Finperks, Tillo), in partnership with Operations, Legal and Finance.
• Drive revenue growth across markets - set and deliver GMV and commission targets across France, Germany, and Spain, backed by rigorous transaction-level analysis.
• Partner cross-functionally - work daily with engineering, design, data, CRM, and adjacent product teams to ship a coherent gift card experience across web, app, and browser extension.
• Own delivery end to end - set the roadmap, own the backlog, and take each bet from discovery to launch with engineering, design and data: frame the problem, write the specs and user stories, prioritise sprint by sprint, make the scope calls, and measure what shipped. This is a hands-on build role, not a coordination role.
• Use data to lead, not just report - build and refine models (e.g. fraud-tier scoring), validate revenue and performance data with Finance, and identify the next highest-impact bet.
• Represent the vertical at the leadership level - bring clear recommendations and trade-offs to cross-team and leadership forums, and help shape Alternative Offers' broader strategic direction.
• Build for scale - help expand gift cards from a standalone catalogue page into a fully integrated offer type across the platform.

Your Profile:

• 5+ years in product management, including significant time owning a product or business line end-to-end at a leading tech company and/or a startup.
• A strong entrepreneurial track record - you've built something from close to zero, made judgment calls with imperfect data, and taken ownership beyond your formal remit.
• Commercial fluency - comfortable owning revenue targets, running vendor/partner negotiations, and thinking in margin, commission, and unit economics, not just features.
• Strong analytical skills - fluent working with transaction and revenue data to make and defend decisions; comfortable partnering with data/finance teams on models like fraud scoring.
• Proven cross-functional leadership - experience leading engineering, design, and data counterparts in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, without formal authority over them.
• Hands-on product delivery - you have recently (last 2 to 3 years) taken features from problem to production yourself, working day to day with engineers and designers: running discovery, writing the specs, owning backlog and sprint priorities, and making trade-offs when scope, time or data ran short. You are as comfortable in the detail as at the roadmap level.
• Excellent stakeholder management - able to influence and present confidently to senior/executive stakeholders.
• A degree from a top-tier university (e.g. Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, HEC Paris, ESSEC, Sciences Po, Bocconi, ETH Zurich, or equivalent); an MBA or further qualification from a leading program is a plus.
• Fluent English required
