Experienced hires should lead with Experience: role, company, dates right-aligned, then 3–5 bullets per role with revenue, cost, speed, or scale metrics. Move Education below Experience, keep Skills tight (tools, languages, certifications), and mirror 3–5 exact keywords from the job description so the recruiter sees the match before a human reads.
